I’m Candy Jackson—Board Certified Clinical Sexologist (American College of Sexologists International), Marriage & Family Therapist, educator, and the founder behind Candyology. I help individuals and couples move from confusion, disconnection, and “roommate energy” to real intimacy, emotional safety, and a relationship that feels secure again.
Growing up, I learned early that many families—especially faith-based households—don’t always have language for sex, desire, or intimacy. When I asked questions as a child, I didn’t get the guidance I needed, and I watched how silence turned a normal human topic into something heavy. That’s part of why I do what I do now: I help individuals and couples move from confusion and shame to knowledge, confidence, and connection.
Over time, I realized I wasn’t alone. Many adults carry shame, misinformation, and silence into their relationships, and they need a safe place to unpack it. Long before this became my profession, I became the person people trusted for honest “real talks” about love, sex, and relationships—without judgment.
Professionally, I bring strong training and a teaching foundation to every session. I earned a Bachelor’s in Education, a Master’s in Curriculum & Instruction, and a Master’s in Marriage & Family Therapy. I continued my clinical and relationship education through the Dr. Rachael Institute and additional certification through the Mocha Marriage Organization. I’m also honored to serve as a coach with Marriage Boot Camp alongside founders Elizabeth and Jim Carroll, and I’m a Gottman Leader for The 7 Principles for Making Marriage Work workshops. As a Wedding Officiant through American Marriage Ministry, I also support couples at one of the most meaningful milestones of their lives.
Today, I provide premarital counseling, marriage counseling, and sex therapy support through therapy, coaching, workshops, and courses designed to help couples communicate better, rebuild trust, and deepen intimacy. My long-term vision includes expanding sex education seminars for teens and young adults—because healthy conversations should start early, not after harm has been done.
I’ve been featured in Voyage Dallas, ShoutOut Dallas, and other publications, and I host Candyology Radio every Sunday at 8 PM CST across Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube. The show covers real-life topics—from seduction and reconnection, to LGBTQ+ issues, to healing after sexual trauma—with honesty, compassion, and practical tools that people can apply immediately.
If you’re ready to build a stronger relationship and create intimacy that feels safe, mutual, and lasting—you’re in the right place.
